La Bella Luna Persians guarantees your babies health for 48 hours after purchase, 

registered or non-registered. 

After that, any number of factors can affect the babies' health and is out of our control.

It is the Buyers responsibility to get the baby a vet check within 72 hours

and contact us immediately if there is a problem.


Discoveries verified by a licensed veterinarian covered by the guarantee included are pre

existing disease or illness. The guarantee does not cover accidents, injury or illness that

was caused by improper care of the kitten while in the Buyers possession. I do not give cash

refunds on non-registered or registered kittens.

Babies are $975 with vet check and first vaccinations

Babies with breeding rights are $1275

This also includes a 1 year genetic disorder guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian determines

the kitten was sold with a genetic disorder or illness, I will replace the kitten with a healthy

replacement, when one becomes available, I do not give cash refunds. Proof of genetic illness

or disease must be given to Seller, certified in writing, by a licensed veterinarian.

As the Buyer/ Purchaser of this animal I agree to the following.

1.It is the buyers responsibility to have this cat/kitten examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours after adoption to activate your 1 year genetic health guarantee. If this cat/kitten is found to be medically deficient with an un-treatable or life threatening illness (documentation required) it must be reported to seller immediately.

2.This cat/kitten is purchased for PET ONLY. Buyer agrees to neuter or spay cat/kitten. Once documentation has been received, seller agrees to send registration papers of said cat/kitten.

3. To the best of our knowledge this cat/kitten is in good health at the time of purchase. We do not guarantee life quality, common or minor problems.

4. This cat/kitten is guaranteed against life threatening congenital defects for 1 year of kittens birth date. Should the cat die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat/kitten will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed vet, and a vet's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. Seller will replace the said cat/kitten with one of equal value. All veterinary bills are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. Replacement kitten will be equal to the amount of original kitten bought or will give the choice of 1/3 of purchase price refunded back to buyer instead of another  kitten.

5. No cash refunds. All health guarantees are void if cat/kitten is declawed, given the FIP or Feline Leukemia vaccination.
Buyer's signature below indicates full agreement of all above conditions. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller in this transaction and is non-transferable to other parties. In the event of a legal dispute legal jurisdiction of this contract shall be in the sellers county and state.
